Limits extent of restricting disclosures in settlements involving felony sex offenses, CSA or exploitation of a minor, or acts of sexual assaults against vulnerable adults (e.g. elder, dependant).

Prohibits concealment of information related to a public hazard, or information that would benefit the public in avoiding injury from a public hazard.
